Toolbar（以下簡稱HKToolbar）為香港商業廣播有限公司所擁有及已授權商台製作有限公司管理。HKToolbar及其他來源所提供之部分或全部內容，均受版權、知識產權及商標法所保護。HKToolbar內所有特權，包括版權，均為
HKToolbar及其所屬公司或分支部門或認可者所擁有及控制。
“Hong Kong Toolbar”(“HKToolbar”) is operated by Commercial Radio Productions Limited (“CRP”) and owned by Hong Kong
Commercial Broadcasting Co. Ltd. (“CRHK”) and contains material derived in whole or in part from material supplied
by 881903.com and other sources, and is protected by copyright and trademark and intellectual property laws. All
rights, including copyright, in the content of HKToolbar (“the Content”) are owned or controlled for these purposes
by CRHK and its subsidiary companies or affiliate or licensors.
Access to and use of HKToolbar subject to the following Terms and Conditions:
The information HKToolbar collects
You do not need to provide any personally identifying data/information in order to download and use HKToolbar.
HKToolbar will automatically transfer the necessary data/information to 881903.com and the application
developer. It is possible of retaining obtained data/information in 881903.com and the application developer
server logs for data collection.
There will be constant connections between HKToolbar, 881903.com and the application developer servers for
updating the information (e.g. real-time news) on HKToolbar. Therefore, it is possible that data/information be
retained in 881903.com server and application developer server logs in between the connections.
By using HKToolbar for listening to Hong Kong Commercial Radio live broadcast or HKToolbar exclusive channels,
HKToolbar will be collecting certain data/information from your mobile device (e.g. your current location) and
retained in 881903.com and application developer server logs and you agree to such collection. The
data/information is protected and 881903.com or the application developer does not rent, sell, or share those
data/information with 3rd party except to provide products or service you have requested.
You agree HKToolbar to collect and retain more data/information such as your visited URL records, text when you
are using the advanced functions on HKToolbar.
Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic.

You acknowledge and agree that, HKToolbar and affiliated companies do not endorse and is not responsible or
liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with
use of other World Wide Web sites, accessing external resources or applications that are incompatible to
HKToolbar.
Any data/information retained in 881903.com server logs will be maintained and protected in accordance with the
881903.com Personal Data Privacy Statement. 881903.com Personal Data Privacy Statement does not cover
data/information that you send to third party or other web sites.
Though HKToolbar and affiliated companies will use its best endeavor to protect the retained data/information
from you, since absolute security cannot be guaranteed for internet connection and data transmission, therefore,
you are solely responsible for all risks and damages associated with the products and services provided by
HKToolbar.
YouTube Terms of Service
By using this application, You agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). If you track
YouTube data in our product, we use the YouTube API services to provide the data to you.
Public Content posted or distributed on Hong Kong Toolbar
You acknowledge that 881903.com does not pre-screen Content, but that 881903.com and its authorized persons
shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse, edit, delete or remove any
content that is available via the services provided by HK Toolbar (“the Service”). Without limiting the
foregoing, 881903.com and its authorized persons shall have the right to remove any content that violates the
Terms of Service or is otherwise objectionable. You agree that you must evaluate, and bear all risks associated
with, the use of the Content (or any part thereof), including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or
usefulness of such Content.
Recognizing the global nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct
in accepting or using any contents through internet. Specifically, you agree to comply with all applicable laws
regarding the transmission of data of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, or the country in which you
reside.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for the Service/Content (or any part
thereof), or to use for commercial purposes, or to obtain any profit/advantage from other in the use of the
Service/Content.
HKToolbar serves the members of 881903.com and my903.com ("the Members"), and Members can directly log in
HKToolbar and

You must be self disciplined, and be solely responsible for all contents posted or transmitted to and from
HKToolbar. You and all users shall not use any unaesthetic language, including illegal, violence, porno,

harmful or create racial hatred, immoral or create discomfort to others.
In order to protect personal privacy, please do not post your personal information in the forum in HKToolbar.
You must respect others' privacy and you shall not, without prior consent, release any 3rd party's personal
information or secrecy.
You should not publish any pirated or infringed passages, photos, interviews, audio and/or visual recordings or
files. If you use or transmit any content from 3rd party, you must state the source and you shall be solely
responsible (both criminal and civil and for all damages, whether directly or indirectly) for all such
publication or contents.
You perpetually and irrevocably authorize HKToolbar to use and refer the contents (or any part thereof) posted
by you at any time or times and in any manner without restriction, including but not limited to the use in other
platforms such as radio or other websites.
You should not carry out any advertisement or business activities unless authorized by HKToolbar.
HKToolbar has the right at any time without any prior warning or notice, to amend, add, transfer, delete, refuse
any posting of messages, permanently terminate or temporarily suspend any Service to you, or your login to
HKToolbar.
Any dispute over the use of the Content and Service shall be determined by HKToolbar, CRHK or CRP.
HKToolbar merely maintains a platform for users to leave messages, contents and and such messages, contents
shall not reflect the opinion or standpoint of HKToolbar, CRHK or CRP. You agree that HKToolbar, CRHK, CRP and
co-organizers shall not be responsible for such messages, contents or recordings.
The messages and contents shall be posted instantly in HKToolbar and you agree that HKToolbar, CRHK, CRP shall
not be responsible for their accuracy, completeness or standpoint.
In view that the messages, recordings and contents are posted instantly in HKToolbar, therefore HKToolbar, CRHK
or CRP cannot completely monitor all the messages or contents. Any comment or query should be sent to cs@881903.com.
Disclaimer of Warranties
You expressly understand and agree that your use of the Service/Content provided by HKToolbar is at your own
risk. The Service/Content is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. HKToolbar, CRHK and CRP (and
affiliates) and the co-organizers expressly disclaim, override and exclude all warranties of any kind, whether
express or implied, arising by law, custom, prior oral or written statements by HKToolbar (including, but not
limited to any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or that there is no infringement of
other’s right).
HKToolbar, CRHK and CRP assume no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store
any member communications or personalization settings. In order to use the Service, you must obtain access to
the World Wide Web, either through mobile network data transfer (e.g. GPRS/EDGE/3G/4G etc) or other wireless
internet service (e.g. WiFi), and be responsible for any service fees associated with such access. In addition,
you must provide all equipment necessary to make such connection to the World Wide Web, including a mobile phone
and other access device.
Your mobile device should use the latest operation system and is compatible to both HKToolbar app and our
operation system in order to download and use all the Service/Content (including the live broadcast). CRHK and
CRP do not guarantee all versions of operation system can completely support the use of all or any of the
Service/Content provided in HKToolbar app.
HKToolbar, CRHK and CRP makes no warranty that (a) the Service will meet your requirements, (b) the Service will
be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (c) the results that may be obtained from the use of the
Service will be accurate or reliable, (d) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material
purchased or obtained by you through the Service will meet your expectations, (e) any errors in the software
will be corrected.
Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of HKToolbar is done at your own discretion and
risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your phone and other communication system or loss
of data that results from the download of any such material.
Termination
You have the right to terminate the use of HKToolbar at anytime.
HKToolbar reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or
permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that HKToolbar shall not be
liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
Copyright
HKToolbar respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask you and other HKToolbar users to do the same.
If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide
HKToolbar the following information (“Notice”):
an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright
interest;
a description of the copyrighted work or content that you claim has been infringed;
a description of location and path in HKToolbar where the infringed copyrighted work or content;
your address, telephone number, and email address;
